Frigidaire Gallery Range Available At Best Buy: Become an #InductionStar

This post sponsored by Frigidaire in partnership with Best Buy.

What an amazing way to start off 2015! We’re cooking more, enjoying the process more and everyone has noticed the difference an appliance upgrade can make in your everyday tasks. This range gives you the responsiveness of gas with the convenience of electric cooking and so so much more!

FrigidaireInductionRange

Over the holidays, we tried out the Frigidaire Gallery Induction Range to test the range of features an induction stove top can provide. On top of that it also features a conventional baking mode as well as a convection mode to take your roasting and baking to the next level!

First, let’s talk a little about how induction cooking is different. With this range from Frigidaire, you can get your cooking done so much faster! You can boil water super fast, sometimes in as little as 2 minutes. We’ve seen it happen with our own eyes! With it’s responsiveness, you can go from boiling to a simmer even faster than you could with gas! Furthermore, you’ll save money on your energy bills too! It’s 70% more efficient than cooking with gas and 20% more efficient than cooking with electric. Lastly, and possibly my most favorite part, you’ll reduce clean up time because spills and splatters don’t burn on because induction heats up your cookware, not the cooktop! Seriously genius!!

The Induction Difference

We love the smudge proof design! It it so easy to clean and keep it looking good compared to our other stainless appliances! We love that the control knobs are up high and out of the way. The digital display has a ton of features but at the same time is simple to figure out even for the beginning cook.

induction front

It even has a convenient storage drawer to store all those cookie sheets and baking pans you’ll need because whipping up things in this oven is a joy!

induction stove top eggs

There are 5 cooking elements which provide between 100W and 3800W of power to meet your cooking needs. Perfect deviled eggs are so much easier when you cook with Frigidaire!

induction stove top three pots

The Fits-More design of the Frigidaire Gallery Induction Range lets you cook several items with ease. Are you worried that you may need new cookware if you make the switch to induction? I didn’t have to. Most stainless steel and cast iron cookware is compatible with induction elements. You can test your own cookware to see if its induction friendly by sticking a magnet to it. If it sticks, you’re all good!

induction bread on stove top

Oh convection baking, where have you been all my life?! My hubs has literally made dozens of loaves of banana bread and they turn out awesome every time! Don’t worry, we didn’t eat all of them. We gifted several to our friends over the holidays. Now everyone asks when we are making more! πŸ™‚

Turkey in oven

With 2 heavy-duty racks and 1 effortless rack, the oven can hold multiple dishes at once. I love that it included a temperature probe so that you don’t have to keep opening the oven to check the meat you are cooking. It shows you the exact temperature right on the display for a perfect turkey every time.

For all of my friends that need a Sabbath mode, the Frigidaire Gallery Induction Range safely maintains a temperature for an extended time in order to comply with kosher cooking practices.

FrigidaireInductionFoods

With all of this amazingness, you’re going to want a Frigidaire Gallery Induction Range for your own kitchen! Whether you’re replacing an old appliance or looking to upgrade your kitchen, the Frigidaire Gallery Induction Range is one you want to check out!

Check it out in action in this awesome video!!

Have you ever tried an induction range? What features are most important to you in a kitchen appliance? Tell us your thoughts in the comments! We adore your feedback!

That sounds great. I am sure it’s a heck of a lot better than the old school range I have on my oven.

This oven looks fantastic! We need a new one soon. Ours is at least 20 years old and it’s dying a slow death.

I would kill for an induction stove like that. Not really, but maybe I’d maim. My stove is TERRIBLE.

I have a range like that and I love it. I’ve had to use it before to prepare meals as I don’t have counter space and it’s so much easier to clean. I wish I had as much oven space as that one though!

We have an induction cook top. Our oven is separate built into a wall. So old school. LOL They are good, but sometimes I miss the old fashioned gas flame.
