It’s super easy to make and there’s nothing better than making it yourself. This garden fresh blender salsa recipe is one of my definite favorites! Garden Fresh Blender Salsa
4 medium size tomatoes
2 jalapenos, seeded
1 bunch of green onions
½ C. cilantro
1 tbs. cumin
1-2 tsp. garlic salt, to taste
Cut the tomatoes into chunks and put in the blender or food processor. Next, add in the jalapenos, cilantro, green onions and seasonings. Blend for 30 seconds – 1 minute. Stop and taste. You might want to add a little more garlic salt or cumin to taste if you prefer.
Serve immediately or place in the fridge to chill for a few hours.
