After the longest winter ever, I have come to the conclusion that I am afflicted with the serious problem of “too much cush in the tush.” (Also known as blogger butt, office chair derriere or desk jockey spread.) You know that thing that happens when you sit in front of your computer all day long throwing down some chips here and there, maybe a soda and then you do it all over again the next day. Yeah that.
That’s why I am super excited to get started with the 10 Weeks BodyChange program from John Cena. YES!! The same one from the WWE!! He’s put together a program that’s delivered right to your email inbox, so we can get started right away!
Not only that, I want to feel better, feel more energized and want to do it in fun way. In the first videos, I found out that it is nutrition based-70% is about what you eat and 30% is moving your ass. I can do that. I’m starting today and I hope in 10 weeks I can update you with all the awesomeness that comes from it. If you decide it’s something you want to do too so we can share our stories- SIGN UP HERE.
I’ve used a lot of fitness products that were pretty awesome and they did help but not to the extent that I wanted. I need that nutrition education that I have never fully understood and that’s why I love Cena’s examples. For this first week, we have stepped on the scale (ugh!), taken measurements and even had a fun recipe video. So far it’s been pretty interesting and I’m looking forward to next week already! Just like John Cena would say: It’s Change Time!! BONUS: my son can’t wait to do this with me!! (He’s a definite John Cena fan boy.)
