June 20, 2012 By Michelle Jeanine 3 Comments The Best Ever Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe Perfect for a picnic or a summer potluck this pasta salad will ROCK your party!! It is super easy and amazingly delicious!! One of our family favorites, we make it at least a couple times a month! Bring 6 quarts of salted water to a boil. Cook 2 16 oz. boxes of sea shell pasta until al dente. Rinse the pasta in cold water. Place in a large covered bowl to cool in the refrigerator. Wash all the vegetables. Finely chop 1 cup of celery and dice 1 medium onion. Lastly, finely dice 6 radishes. Drain the chicken. Shred it into pieces. Combine it with 1/3 cup mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste. Finally, toss all the ingredients together. Serve Chilled! Can you say YUM?!!!
