Here at Domestic Executive Online we embrace fabulosity!! On that note, when our family goes on vacation, we don’t just camp out, we go “glamping” (glamorous camping)! On a recent trip to Jellystone Park Camp Resort at Barton Lake in Fremont, Indiana we got to experience the awesomeness of family togetherness in the great outdoors. Even though we went in early June, the kids still talk everyday about the activities that we participated in and ask us nonstop to go back. We are planning on going a few more times before summer is officially over and hope you will come camp with us too!!
Making reservations was easy, even though our first trip was very last minute. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making sure our requests were fulfilled to the utmost level.
They have so much to offer here. With 540 sites, 18 cabins, 18 cottages, 5 Playgrounds, 3 outdoor pools, indoor pool, a splash playground and 3 waterslides you will have the BEST vacation ever.
Our son was ecstatic about all the fun things to do! He even got to meet Yogi, BooBoo, Cindy and Ranger Smith!!
But the most memorable part of the trip was when Josh caught his first fish!! The fish practically jumped onto the hook. He was at the pond for hours catching and releasing and even when it was time for dinner, he didn’t even want to eat!!
We did so many things I can’t even name them all but here’s a list of highlights.
- we rented our own personal golf cart
- had ice cream from the snack bar
- made some souvenirs
- attended some planned activities (Bingo!)
- played some volleyball
- and much more!!!!
