What we liked about it:
Math Blaster is a great way to practice your math and have fun online. My son really enjoyed the Fun Zone, swimming( a just for fun activity) and gaining new gadgets by leveling up in the missions. You get to personalize your own avatar where you can have green skin and three eyes if you choose and since it’s online there’s tons of other kids to interact with. I liked the fact that the game used a bPad to explain the game so he was able to be independent from the beginning. Built for kids ages 6-12 the game was a perfect fit and he has improved so much!! At school he is doing much better in his timed drills and his confidence level has improved greatly. Another great thing about Math Blaster is that you can play for free, how great is that?! If you decide to purchase a membership, it is a family membership where up to six kids can play!! Moreover, a membership at Math Blaster includes a family membership to Jumpstart.com, another learning based, adventure-filled virtual world appropriate for children ages 3-10. This membership has provided a safe, fun, educational activity for my son that I can feel great about choosing. Thanks Math Blaster!!!
This product may not be for you if:
This membership may not be for you if you have dial-up internet service. This is because it is a 3D browser game filled with awesome graphics and real time chat features. Also, a lot of the games are timed and require internet service where the lag time is minimal. We have broadband internet service and had no issues.

Disclosure: I was provided with a membership good for Math Blaster and Knowledge Adventure at no cost by Knowledge Adventure in order to test the products’ abilities and give my own personal opinions on it. The opinions I have given are mine and may differ from others but were not influenced by the company or the free product provided. Number Munchers was one of my favorite things to do on the classroom Apple IIE in elementary school! Found a video of it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brvLpircQe4
