Everyone who knows me knows how much I love my iPhone. It is my connection to my family, my business and my friends. It is the one thing I never leave the house without. With the busyness of the day, I often forget to plug it in and charge it, leaving me up the river without a paddle or in more technological terms dead on the road without a connection.

Update 2/26/2019: I still have this charger and every member of my family has used this big bad charger so so many times.
Recently though, I got the chance to review the Energizer Inductive Charger. What a lifesaver!! I just entered the future of charging. You simply lay your phone on the charging pad, and you are all set. It even shuts off when the charging is completed. It does require a sleeve accessory for the iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS/3G or a door accessory for the BlackBerry Curve 8900.
I really wanted to know more of how this product worked. I love when my smartphone helps make me smarter. During my research of the product, I learned this charger features an advanced technology called Qi (pronounced chee). Although, sleeve and door accessories are only available for the 3 previously listed smartphones, you can use this with any Qi-enabled device regardless of manufacturer. This includes products like cameras and mp3 players. The Energizer Inductive Charger gives a lot of bang for the buck. It has two separate charging areas and an additional USB charging port.
I even found that adding the sleeve accessory to my phone has been an added benefit. It has a rubbery feel, making my slippery iPhone much easier to hold on to. It has cut out areas for the camera and microphone so I never have to remove it. If you want an easy, convenient way to charge your smartphone without cords and cables, the Energizer Inductive Charger is an excellent choice. I can’t believe how I ever lived without it!!
The charger is available at many of your favorite retailers. They are are available at Target, Best Buy, Home Depot and Amazon.com . The charger’s MSRP is $89.00 and the sleeve accessory’s MSRP is $34.99.
