Recipes For Peanut Butter Pie Perfection

My family loves peanut butter and they love peanut butter pies more! I had my own recipe for Chocolate and Peanut Butter Mini Pies but I wanted to mix  it up a bit for them and for you.  From mini pies, hand pies, a skinny peanut butter pie and even a peanut-free peanut butter pie, Foodie.com had options to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. What Exactly is Pi Day?

Pi Day became official when the House Of Representatives declared March 14, 2009, National Pi Day. Pi Day has been observed in many ways, including eating pie, throwing pies and discussing the significance of the number π (3.14). 3.14 is a standard ratio of any circle’s circumference to its diameter (I looked that up, I took geometry lol but that was a LONG time ago) so since pies are circles people like to celebrate math by eating them. For me personally, all this math is hurting my head, so I’ll just stick to making pies instead of memorizing the infinite decimal places of 3.14.

Let’s celebrate Pi Day together creating some perfect peanut butter pies. For more inspiration for your pie/Pi deliciousness be sure to like Foodie by Glam on Facebook and connect with @foodie on twitter so you don’t miss a single tasty update.

Are you celebrating Pi Day this year? How many of these peanut butter pie recipes will you try? Tell us in the comments, we love to hear your ideas!

Disclosure: I’m a member of Glam Media and their Foodie channel. They sponsored this post (the pies won’t buy themselves, right?) however they in no way influenced my love of the pies shared here. All of the pies published here are ones I would eat myself and serve to my family. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy the pies.
