In my home lives a budding diva tomboy. Every morning there’s a battle between what she wants to wear (the more glamorous the better), and
what is realistic for her to wear outside the house. At just 2 and 1/2, my girl is very picky about her wardrobe. She wants to look good,
but still climb trees, jump in mud puddles, roll down hills, spin and run.
My Tilly insists on clothes that are cute (just because she’s just a tot, doesn’t mean she doesn’t know the trends – I already fear high school) and comfortable. I insist that her clothes are affordable, and that they wash well without shrinking or falling apart.
This is why I love Carter’s Watch the Wear.
The photo’s in this post were taken over three separate occasions. Why you ask? I’ll tell you.
Three seconds after I took this photo, she knelt in a mud puddle.
About five minutes after taking this, she smeared peanut butter & saltines all over her clothes and in her hair.
And she just never stops moving.
Despite the fact that the outfit had been washed more than once between the first attempt and the third, it still looks pristine and darling. Regardless of what she’s doing, getting into, or climbing on her outfit moves with her. I love the durability and quality too! Moreover, since they are very reasonably priced you can afford to get more than you would with other brands.
