What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than with a delicious, beautiful cupcake?! This year I am making mine gluten-free so as to include everyone. Having dealt with food allergies in my classroom and my children’s, I have included a roundup of yummy cupcakes to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. Have the most fabulous Valentine’s Day ever!!
